We are a UK based company and do not operate a delivery service outside the United Kingdom. Any online orders received for addresses outside the UK will not be dispatched and a refund will be made with a deduction of a 5% administration fee.

Non Receipt of Goods
We always send an email to the email address you submitted to inform you when your order has been dispatched If goods cannot be dispatched within a reasonable time we will email you to advise you of this and, if there is to be a delay, ask if you wish to continue with the transaction and offering you the opportunity to cancel or part-ship your order.
If you have received an email informing you of the despatch of goods you can be certain they are in transit. If you do not receive your goods within ten working days you should contact us. Unfortunately we cannot start tracking parcels until this time has elapsed. Over 40% of lost or missing parcels are often just waiting to be collected from a neighbour or a local Royal Mail sorting office, so please check first. Compensation is limited to the cost of the goods ordered and will take the form of a replacement or a refund. To make a claim for non receipt of goods Please wait 10 days (from the due date of delivery) before completing this form as The Royal Mail will not consider an item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed. They allow the 15 working days for items to be returned to the sender. Please note a false claim for compensation could result in criminal prosecution. If you do not notify us within 21 days of ordering that your goods have not been received, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
In the extremely unlikely event that not all items of your order are received by you, you must inform us within 48hrs receipt of the goods. Unfortunately we cannot accept claims after that time.

When you place an order we need to collect information from you to enable us to process your order quickly and efficiently. We back all of our products with a full guarantee. In the unlikely event that you experience any difficulty with your order our team are here to offer email & telephone support. If we are unable to resolve your problem to your complete satisfaction we will either exchange the goods or offer a full refund.
If you accidentally purchase the wrong product we will offer to exchange the goods or provide a refund when you return the goods unopened and in a re-saleable condition, within 30 days of purchase. Please ask your Post Office for proof of posting as we cannot accept liability for lost items without proof of posting.
In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or we inadvertently send you the wrong item we will refund your postage costs upon receipt of the products. In the case of a refund where you return only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed a proportion of the shipment charge equivalent to that one item as a proportion to the number of items you purchased.Please Read Before Returning Goods
If product(s) from Inktoprint Ltd need to be returned for whatever reason, The Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number by contacting customer service at email@example.com or Tel 01609 777416.
Once you have an RMA No, returned products should be shipped to the following address and we advise that you send via recorded delivery to ensure their safe arrival as we will not refund or replace until the goods have been received back by us.
